WHAT WE COLLECT

Enquiry and contact data: name, email address, phone number, delivery country and city, and the content of your message when you use our quote or contact forms. Order data: billing and delivery details and purchase history when you buy from us. Newsletter data: your email address if you subscribe. Technical data: device, browser and usage information collected through cookies and similar technologies.

WHY WE USE IT

To answer your enquiries and prepare quotations (steps prior to a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); to fulfil orders, deliveries and invoicing (contract and legal obligations); to send our newsletter (your consent, which you can withdraw at any time via the unsubscribe link); to measure and improve the website (your consent to analytics cookies); and to keep the website secure (our legitimate interest).

WHO RECEIVES YOUR DATA

Our service providers, acting under data processing agreements: Shopify (the platform hosting this store), delivery carriers, payment providers, and Google Analytics for audience measurement. We never sell your personal data.

INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS

Some providers (for example Shopify Inc. and Google LLC) process data outside the European Economic Area. Such transfers rely on European Commission adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

HOW LONG WE KEEP IT

Enquiry data: up to three years after our last contact. Contractual and invoicing data: ten years, as required by French commercial law. Newsletter data: until you unsubscribe. Analytics data: up to 26 months.

COOKIES

Essential cookies (session, cart, security) are required for the website to function. Analytics cookies are used only with your consent, which you can give or withdraw through the cookie banner or your browser settings.

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, to withdraw consent at any time, and to give directives on the fate of your data after death (French law).
