TERMS & CONDITIONS
WHO WE ARE
This website, orevoir.eu, is operated by OREVOIR, whose registered office is at 131 Avenue de Malakoff, 75016 Paris, France. You can reach us at hello@orevoir.eu or +33 (0) 625 486 722. Company registration details are stated on all quotations and invoices. VAT is not applicable — Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code (CGI). These terms are governed by French law.
HOW ORDERS WORK
OREVOIR operates as a curated catalogue. Purchases are made by enquiry: you send us a request through the website, and we reply with a personal quotation stating the final total price, delivery costs, and the expected lead time. A contract is concluded when you accept the quotation in writing and we confirm your order. Unless otherwise stated, quotations remain valid for 30 days.
PRICES
All prices are shown in euros and are final: VAT is not applicable — Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code (CGI). Delivery costs are not included in product prices and are always stated separately in your quotation before you commit to anything.
DELIVERY
We deliver via carriers specialised in furniture and art. The delivery window is agreed in your quotation; unless expressly agreed otherwise, we deliver no later than 30 days after the conclusion of the contract. The risk of loss or damage passes to you when you (or a person you designate) take physical possession of the goods.
Please inspect your order on delivery. If the packaging or the piece shows any damage, note it with the carrier and inform us as soon as possible at hello@orevoir.eu — this helps us resolve carrier claims quickly and does not affect your legal rights.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the day on which you, or a third party designated by you, receive the goods, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, inform us by an unequivocal statement (by email to hello@orevoir.eu or by post to the address above). You may use the model form below. You must send the goods back within 14 days of notifying us. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods; because of the size and fragility of furniture, we will tell you the estimated return freight cost on request before you buy.
We will refund all payments received from you, including standard outbound delivery costs, within 14 days of being informed of your withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of having sent them. Please use the original or equivalent protective packaging.
Exception: the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised — our made-to-order pieces, which are marked as such in the product description and in your quotation.
MODEL WITHDRAWAL FORM
(Complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract.)

LEGAL GUARANTEES
Independently of any withdrawal right, all goods sold to consumers benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-3 and following of the French Consumer Code, two years from delivery) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 and following of the French Civil Code). Vintage and antique pieces are described with their condition and provenance; wear consistent with their age and description does not constitute a lack of conformity.
MEDIATION AND DISPUTES
If a complaint cannot be resolved between us, you may use consumer mediation free of charge, or the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. These terms are governed by French law; if you are a consumer, you also retain the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence.
